Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the circumstances under which Finvenit LLC (“Finvenit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may cancel, reverse, refund, or reject a money transfer transaction initiated through our services.
By using Finvenit’s services, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Right to Cancel
You may request cancellation of a transaction only if:
- The transaction has not yet been paid out, deposited, delivered, or completed; and
- Finvenit and its payout partners are still able to stop the transfer.
Once funds have been:
- Deposited into a bank account
- Collected by a recipient
- Delivered to a wallet
- Converted or settled through a payment rail
the transaction is generally considered final and irreversible.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
A. Duplicate Transactions
If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
B. Failed Transactions
If Finvenit is unable to complete the transfer and funds are returned to us by our partners.
C. Unauthorized Transactions
If an investigation confirms that a transaction was unauthorized, subject to applicable law and verification procedures.
D. Regulatory or Compliance Rejections
If a transaction is canceled due to sanctions screening, AML reviews, fraud concerns, or regulatory requirements before payout completion.
E. Technical Processing Errors
If a technical issue causes a failed or incomplete transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
- The recipient successfully received the funds
- Incorrect recipient information was provided by the sender
- Funds were sent to the wrong bank account or wallet due to user error
- The transaction was authorized by the account holder
- Exchange rate fluctuations occurred after transaction confirmation
- Delays were caused by banks, payout providers, compliance reviews, or circumstances outside Finvenit’s control
Finvenit is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information submitted by the sender.
5. Fees and Exchange Rates
A. Transaction Fees
Transaction fees may be non-refundable once processing has begun.
B. Exchange Rate Changes
Refunds involving currency conversion may differ from the original transaction amount due to:
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Partner bank fees
- Network settlement costs
C. Third-Party Charges
Intermediary bank fees, blockchain fees, card network charges, or payout provider deductions may not be refundable.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
- 3 to 10 business days for bank account refunds
- 5 to 15 business days for debit or credit card refunds
Actual timing may vary depending on:
- Banking institutions
- Card issuers
- Payment networks
- Compliance reviews
7. Transaction Reviews and Holds
Finvenit reserves the right to:
- Delay transactions
- Place temporary holds
- Request additional documentation
- Suspend processing
for fraud prevention, AML compliance, sanctions screening, or security purposes.
During investigations or reviews, refunds may be delayed until the matter is resolved.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer:
- Finvenit may suspend your account during the investigation
- Additional verification may be requested
- Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account termination
We encourage customers to contact Finvenit support before initiating disputes with financial institutions.
9. Fraud Prevention
Finvenit reserves the right to deny refunds where:
- Fraud is suspected
- Identity verification fails
- Transactions violate applicable laws or our Terms and Conditions
- Abuse of the refund process is detected
Finvenit may report suspicious activity to regulators or law enforcement authorities where required.
10. Consumer Protection Notice
Certain customers may have additional cancellation or refund rights under applicable federal or state money transmission laws.
Where required by law, Finvenit will provide applicable transaction receipts, disclosures, and error resolution procedures.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
